Remedy Room provides professional massage therapy and wellness services. All services are performed by licensed and certified practitioners. Our services are intended for relaxation and general wellness purposes and do not constitute medical treatment or diagnosis.

Eligibility

By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent if you are a minor. You also confirm that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions or contraindications that may affect your treatment.

Bookings and Appointments

Appointments may be made online, by phone, or by email. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation from Remedy Room. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings at our discretion. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session time.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Health Disclosure

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, and contraindications prior to treatment. Remedy Room reserves the right to decline or modify services based on health and safety considerations. We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health information.
