Cancellation Policy
We understand that life is unpredictable. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our practitioners, whose time and livelihood depend on scheduled appointments.
Cancellation Notice
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.
- 24+ hours notice — Full refund or free rescheduling, no questions asked.
- 12–24 hours notice — 50% of the session fee will be charged.
- Less than 12 hours notice — The full session fee will be charged.
- No-show — The full session fee will be charged and future bookings may require prepayment.

Cancellations left as voicemail or email outside business hours are timestamped and will be honored accordingly.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session will end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for subsequent clients. The full session fee applies regardless of the time remaining. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to complete any intake paperwork and settle in before your session begins.
Illness and Emergency Exceptions
We ask that you do not come in if you are feeling unwell — both for your wellbeing and the safety of our practitioners and other clients. If you need to cancel due to sudden illness or a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We handle these situations with compassion on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to accommodate you.
Practitioner Cancellations
In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience. We will never charge a fee for cancellations initiated by Remedy Room.
Prepaid Packages and Gift Cards
Sessions from prepaid packages or gift cards are subject to the same cancellation policy. A late cancellation or no-show will result in the session being deducted from your package or gift card balance.
Recurring Bookings
Clients with standing weekly or bi-weekly appointments are asked to provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations to allow adequate time to fill the recurring slot.
